What we collect
This site is a marketing website. We collect data in two places:
- Contact form submissions. When you submit the form on the Contact page (or the homepage), we receive the name, email, company, and message you provide so we can reply.
- Anonymous analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to build audiences we can talk to in future advertising. These tools record IP address, browser, device, referring URL, and what you click — they don't see your name.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't share what you submit through the contact form with third parties beyond the email/form provider that delivers it (see below).
- We don't email you marketing material unless you've asked us to.
Third-party services
These third parties may receive limited data from your visit:
- Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic and engagement data.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — anonymous data used to build retargeting audiences.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — anonymous data used to build retargeting audiences.
- Google Fonts — delivers the DM Sans typeface.
Each of these has its own privacy policy. We've kept the list short on purpose.
Cookies
The analytics and advertising tools above set cookies. They're used to measure visits and to recognize returning visitors. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner on your first visit, or block them in your browser settings.
Your rights
If you're in the EU, UK, or California (or anywhere with similar laws): you can ask us what data we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of analytics or advertising tracking. Email luke@cascadeautomation.io and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we'll update this page and note the date. This policy was last updated on the launch date of this site.
